It has a manual loading system for HDPE containers on the conveyor. The main line carries these containers ahead with the help of a belt conveyor. The minimum-level sensors are placed in position once the level is achieved on the conveyor, then the container gets input from the star wheel and starts indexing. The difference is that the indexing position keeps the driver on the servo of the index drive. One of these stations is where a hopper, linear feeder, and peddle feeder are available. The peddle feeder is mounted under the feed channel of the impact crusher. An air-operated slide is used to open the split end portion of a feeding channel so that at the 25-tablet height position, the left and right ends are both attached to this known device.
