Features:
- This machine is used for small batch production for R&D needs.
- The machine can adopt any forming films like PVC, alu/alu, Aclair, PP, PET, etc.
- The machine is designed compactly to ensure small blisters can be produced for any clinical trials in R&D.
- It is supported by winding the trim rather than cutting, as in a small machine it is difficult to separate the trim without mixing.
- Winding the trim will be elegant and easy to scrape later.
- The machine is PLC controlled with an HMI to do parameter setting.
- Since this is small-quantity production, no feeding system is adopted, and the products are to be manually filled in blisters.
