After heating the plastic material machine forms blister cavities through its mold pattern. The machine forms cavities after which automated processes load tablets capsules or small electronic parts into the blisters while completing the manufacturing step.
The following procedure requires packaging the blister kit. Through a machine the plastic blister receives its heat-sealed cover from aluminium foil materials.
